Love her…when she buys you gifts you don't like. Smile and tell her it's what you've always wanted.

Love her…when she has developed a bad habit. You have many more and with wisdom and politeness you have all the time to help her change.

Love her…when she cries for absolutely nothing. Don't ask, tell her its going to be okay

Love her…when she suffers from PMS. Buy chocolate, rub her feet and back and just chat to her (trust me this works!)

Love her…when whatever you do is not pleasing. It happens and will pass

Love her…when she stains your clothes. You needed a new clothes anyway


Love her…when she tells you how to drive. She only wants you to be safe.

Love her…when she argues. She only wants to make things right for both

Love her…she is yours. You don't need any other special reason!!!!

All this forms part of a Woman's Character. Women are part of your life and should be treated as the Queen.

saje nak try resepi mr sususejat. telur mata ala rebus..zero oil ... hehehe hehehhe... klik disini utk try >> Telur mata ala rebus

roti (1) + 2 egg boiled (resepi from MR susu sejat) + chilli sauce : 250kcal

2 pm

nasi (1/2 plate) + ikan patin masak lemak cili padi : 400kcal

7 pm

RxLite+ 150ml Rxwater : 70kcal

baru balik dari jogging...... penat nyer...

9pm

egg (2) + baked bean + green apple : 280kcal (tak sempat nak rebus2...tapi masak tak guna minyak... still ok lah...) sempat singgah kedai beli Green apple... ade tips kater green apple elok utk orang diet.. sile lah google.. atau klik di sini

sehari nih kenyang giler..maybe sebab minum air bergelen2..gara2 berjogging... tapi jeng jeng jeng...

Total calories: 1070 kcal je hari nih aku makan... huhuhuhu... so kengkawan pilihan makanan yg sihat itu penting...

H2o: 3 Liters

Workout: Jogging for 1.6km...burn 160kcal.... huhuhu....

nasi goreng kampung + ayam drumstick goreng: 600kcal

5 pm

cempedak goreng (5 biji) : 500kcal (Gara-gara teringin masa time gi shopping barang hiasan hantaran Ti Elle ler nih... NENEK nye pasal)

9pm

2 roti + marjerin(low fat)+ kaya : 150kcal
dragon fruit : 100kcal

Total calories: 1678 kcal (hmmm dangerous for my metabolism rate.. kene up balik.. esok)

H2o: 3 Liters

Workout: NIL

hari nih dah masuk hari ketiga aku diet bebetulll tak tahu kenapa..tapi macam tak lalu giler nak makan hari nih..maybe finally kesan rxlite tereffect juga kat aku... atau sememang nyer perut aku dah kecik sket... ape2 hal... layan..

RxYoung Drink : 70 kcal (perlukan extra energy utk jumpa customer jap lagi)

9pm

Fitnesse + honeystar ceral + milk : 300 kcal

Total calories: 992 kcal (hmmm dangerous for my metabolism rate.. kene up balik.. esok)

H2o: 3 Liters

Workout: toning and stretching.. cam penat tak larat aerobic... huhuhuh....
